I would like some information. At which population amount do you get;

a name for your leader and a religion

I want to say 500 million but that might not be quite right. Whever the issue starts popping up is all I know.

ya definetely 500 million. this nation doesn't have it but my ex-main did. i don't even rember wat it was, it was such a long time ago... :)

In an earlier thread we were told that one of these new issues was at 250 million+, another at 500 million+, and the last at 750 million+ (or maybe 1 billion+?), but unfortunately I can't now remember what order they were actually in for this...

I'm pretty sure religion is one billion. I think the Leader issue is at 750 million.
