How To Build A Region

I really would like to create my own region but I afraid that no one will join it if I create it. I know that if I do create a region it could take months for my region to pick up its pace in player growth. I do not want to leave my current nation Forest but I do wish to create my own region, I have created regions before on puppet nations but I do not wish to use a puppet nation to grow up a region. What should I do?

I notice there is a distinct lack of regions based around character rps. Would either proposal work for a region?

A. A region set around one character-based roleplay

B. A region that serves as a hub for multiple concurrent character-based roleplay (taking place on discord so the RMB isnt cluttered with several rps)

The problem is that often for role play you alr need a large region, so it’s good for a already sizable region to carve out a niche, but kinda impractical for a region to be formed

How and what target audiance. Seems like spam in the telegram mail when people do that.

Recruit new nations. I don’t think anyone advertises outside of NS

You could make one by going through past daily dumps (which have lists of nations) but it wouldn't be complete. Or I guess you could look in the boneyard searching every single possibility, but wouldn't advise that as either you would have no time at all, or the script would keep going forever (number of possibilities * (request time + 10 seconds))

Having a bunch of players to help you can make it easier. But there are no shortcuts.

The Idea
1.The Feudal System will be same as GOT.
2.Everyone has to start from independent lordship.

I was actually reading through the recruiting section just now, and I noticed this.

None of the feeders and sinkers still have the recruiter-friendly tag. Were the rules changed on this? Would a player that tried this get warned for RMB spamming at this point?

I see its phrased as an "or" statement (GCRs or recruiter-friendly-tagged), but I'm curious as I haven't actually seen any RMB recruiters since returning to NS last year
