Advice: Should I ban animal testing even if it cures humans

I'm asking for advice. In one of the issues concerning animal testing, I'm wondering if I should cure the humans or save the animals?
Please give a serious answer.

It's hard for anyone to make the decision for you, really. It's a matter of your opinion. That's why it's your nation!

It depends on what you want. If you feel animals shouldn't be tortured regardless of what humans may gain, ban testing. If you feel that humans are entitled to do with other species as they see fit, and treat them worse than slaves, then allow testing.
