Nothing but sweet dreams for our hawkish friends after a good update

It was a very very quiet night at the Nest due in part to the majority of the Hawks being occupied in killing worms at Confederacy of Layem and helping the Assassins of the Brotherhood at clearing Japan. As the time for update drew ever closer, the remaining Hawks at the Nest, Ben and Big Birdz, waited patiently at the entrance, hoping to see who would arrive to tell them stories about the big operations happening across NationStates. Tick-tock, tick-tock. No one still. Tick-tock, tick-tock. No Lucklife as well to show them new Yor art, sad noises. Tick-tock.

And suddenly huge flapping of wings from the other side of the door, followed by three big knocks. Ben and Big Birdz jumped in surprise. "Who could it be?" Big Birdz asked Ben. "It might be a big bird!", replied Ben. "I am Big Birdz!", snapped Big Birdz. Before they could finish talking the entrance door suddenly opened with a big thud and in entered a big council bird, Major Dax. "Well hello there young hawks! Apologies for the door, but my name is Dax, Major Dax! I have been away for some time but nice to meet you two!" Dax flexed their big wings and looked at their watch before looking once more at the two small hawks. "It's almost updating time! I brought some friends along the way if you have anything set up!" As Dax finished his sentence, three people entered through the door as well: Assassins Gladio III and Wapistan and mercenary New King Isles. Ben's face brigtened up. "Of course! We're bored here with no one around to tell stories". Ben hurriedly went to his room. " I'll set up something to get all the rust off of you Major Dax".

And so off went the group of bored Hawks, Assassins, and Mercenary in their adventure to get the rust off of Dax and to welcome him back after Dax's long absence from the skies of NationStates. Striking down regions left and right. Scribbling jokes on the walls. Veteran Assassin Gladio as always did almost all of the dirty work looking for the chance to get a clean sweep. Unfortunately, Big Birdz was more than willing to break that sweep, cashing in for himself 2 points for the night. Wapistan and New King Isles took their time to enjoy the scenery. And Dax, well, Dax was doing Dax things as far as Ben thought.

Finally, as the update ended, the group separated, returning to their respective homes. Ben and Big Birdz followed close behind Dax who led the way back into the nest. As Dax locked the entrance door, Dax whispered to himself. "Its great to be back". And off the hawks went back to their nests to sleep.

The Black Hawks and some frendos from BoM and PRAF had come to a startling realization: Some people on this site still thought it was acceptable to put pineapple on pizza! Now, some of these troubled souls had already repented for their crimes, by becoming raiders of course. This was an acceptable penance for their crimes, but for the rest of those heathens, a stronger display of force was necessary. To stomp out these vipers dens, the gang split in half, shotgunning through these disgusting regions with a mighty force.
