With that, Dumbledore's Army decided to raid The Commonwealth of Crowns and make it their temporary nest. Sadly, the founder (Professor Umbridge) got wind of these evil plans and decided to make the Hawks leave. But this raid really enforced that help will always be given in The Black Hawks, to those who ask for it.

I've never fancied Refuge Isle to be a raider - or a lady! An all-girl pile/fully-blown takeover/competitive stackoff with dozens of women on either side would be interesting, for whatever reason, but then that's just my silly line of thinking taking over

Those cheeky bastards at Nusantara Archipelago seem to have given into a different set of raiders rather quickly, perhaps because of the recent... incident: "after discussion with the region founder, I the governor General hereby declared the region become Vassal state of the Kingdom of Grand Avalon."

The Black Hawks were recently made aware of a threat to regional sovereignty: The World Assembly Elite! Apparently, these elite nations use their extra World Assembly votes to force policies on smaller regions with fewer votes, and even go so far as to rig elections!

After some research, the Hawks found that only World Assembly delegates get extra votes and approve proposals. So, we searched far and wide for the cruelest delegates that were approving the most ridiculous proposals, and brought them to justice¹. We also found that some regions had been unfairly denied a Delegate, so we rushed to provide them with representation... if only for a short while. Another crisis averted! What can we say, except "you're welcome"?
