It was a normal day in Jakser's Castle, meaning that the evil King Koopa Jakser was off plotting Attempt 253 of permanently kidnapping Princess Peaches with the Koopa Troop.

"Why not just throw a hammer at Mario?" Hammer Bro Drexlore suggested.

"Yeah, right at his face!" the other Hammer Bro, Twobagger, said.

"Can I just spook the toads?" King Steak asked. The Hammer Bros looked at him and King Steak immediately regretted this and covered his eyes. He didn't like being looked at.

"I know what we'll do! Instead of any fancy kidnapping plans, we'll just walk up in her castle and just snatch her!"

Later That Day...

Even Later That Day...

"I can't believe that worked," Hammer Bro Drex said, looking at the cage King Jakser had thrown Princess Peaches into upon return to Jakser's Castle.

"Of course it worked. Bwahaha! Now to wait for the Mario Bros!" Jakser exlaimed.

Meanwhile in the Mushroom Kingdom...

The Kingdom was in a frenzy. Despite being the 253rd time Peaches had been snatched from the Castle, it was always a bit concerning for residents of Mushroom Kingdom, and for some reason the usual gang who would save Peaches, the Mario Bros, was nowhere to be found.

Suddenly, a group of hawks soared down into the Mushroom Kingdom.

"We can help with your problem!" the pink hawk said. "Just, uh, there may be a bit of damage we do to some of the places we'll have to fly through."

After getting some advice from Soulsworth, Princess Peaches's steward, the hawks went out to save the Princess from King Jakser.

The Hawks battled their way through koopas, goombas, through deserts and jungles, when they finally got to the castle.

The Hawks flew their way up to the top of the castle, when the newest hawk, Adrianna, realized something

"Whoops," the pink hawk apologized. "So uh, try again in a few days?"

The hawks groaned, annoyed with the set back.

Four Days Later

"Okay, let's try this again!" the pink hawk said.

"Just make sure we fly to the right castle this time, Rachael," the bear hawk muttered under his breath.

"Here we go!"

So the Hawks set off, this time to the right castle! Because they got off track the first time, the flight was even longer and even more worlds had to be traveled to reach Jakser's castle.

Fortunately for the Hawks, King Jakser was too busy watching for the Mario Bros and didn't think to secure the sky around his castle. The Hawks flew in, saved Princess Peaches, and returned her safely to Mushroom Kingdom.

Our resident bear, Ursidae, was shaking off the effects of his winter hibearnation, and found himself sleeping when it came time for update. Leaving him to his slumbear, his fellow hawks flew out in search for some bearries, so that he might recover some of the blubbear lost over the winter. After getting their bearings, the squad of birds flew without paws, launching a bearial assault on this region and making off with its foodstuffs, before returning to their cave bearing as much as they could carry.
