The Black Hawks go on tour!

In the past six days, The Black Hawks have swept NS in a six-update tour, containing 8 operational jumps. The following is the itinerary of this recent trip:

Trouble on the Left:

On the Minor Updates of 4/6/2016 and 5/6/2016, The Black Hawks attempted three operational hits in assistance of The Communist Bloc. While no hits were successful, TBH was happy to provide our crimson-feathered friends with some update support!

Trouble on the Right:

On the Major Update of 6/6/2016, The Black Hawks led a raid with support from Kingdom Of Alexandria on a sleeper in Laissez Faireholm, a passworded RP region with mild fash ties, ending an 863 day delegacy.

The raid was cut short before long with the return of the founder, but still proved a success in training of both sleepers and triggers.

No, We Don't Mess Around:

A bit before the Major Update of 8/6/2016, The Black Hawks and some random friends got together and had a bit of a pow-wow from the lower ranked members . See, they were unhappy about a few things - We'd missed out backup jump for one of the TCB hit days, we got mocked for it, and the region we were getting mocked by was an old raider JP inhabited by, well, lets just say most of them got mod-swept earlier today. These enlisted men and women wanted to try again, to show those folks (fleas?) that the Hawks don't mess around - and so, the Officers agreed. District 12 would soon belong to the Hawks.

Getting A Little Closer:

A lone wolf called up to the sky, "Hey, you! yeah you! The big black hawk flying up there! Give a buddy a hand?" ...And lo and behold, the Hawk did, with some friends. On the Major Update of 9/6/2016, The Black Hawks assisted Lone Wolves United in an operation hit. Piling support was also provided to an LWU operation earlier in the week.

Thank you to all our members and allies for the activity, invitations, and support! In particular, I'd like to commend a number of Hawks for taking their responsibilities to the next level, learning and exercising new leadership skills with minimal or no support from Council. Bravo!

No big report to make, but more of a Twitter-like status update- since that last post, Hawks have been reinforcing almost if not every active raider operation nearly every update in numbers ranging from one to three people. This included several now-defunct operations, Big Banks, South Pacific, Christmas, and of course our own District 12.

While this practice may have fallen out of practice in recent times, it's my belief that it's a renewed necessity if we wish to maintain this many simultaneous operations in this new age of heightened defender activity.

Contrary to wherever you're getting your reports from we've certainly had increased defender activity as of late, especially with the revival of The Grey Wardens. Hell, just within the last few updates we've pulled off multiple liberations, including one of Ireland this past minor update, just one update after it had been taken by KGB and Pals, not to mention have consistently contested tagging operations from groups like Hydra to the point where they were pulling more losses than wins. So, again, I'm going to really question what activity page you're watching, or more likely just spouting off the same usual rhetoric without anything but presumptions behind it.

As for this high efficiency, I'm pretty sure the official ruling on that was it was rule-breaking. When you break the rules, you get punished. Feel free to call it suppression, but the rules were there for you to see, and you should have been aware of them. The fact that you're still trying to play it down is frankly disappointing.

Apologies for the mini-derailing, TBH, congratulations on the renewed practice of reinforcing occupations, we're definitely taking it as a compliment that you consider it a necessity to do this once again
