So I'm curious;
Is is possible to create a Nation with minimum economy, civil rights, and political freedoms? If so, are there any out there you fine folks could direct me to?

What they mean by "worst possible" is "civil rights, political freedoms, and economy all at 0."
In=character, Kaboomlandia is a World Assembly member and abides by its resolutions. If this nation isn't in the WA, it's for practical reasons.
