Cimmerian Mercenaries' heavy infantry and outrider cavalry detachments are the Elite raider combat unit, that approves all kind folks to its ranks regardless of their background, former experiences in R/D military gameplay in NationStates. Cimmerian Mercenaries are purist raider affiliated front line combat unit, and they accept all kind offensive contracts from employers, as long as they don't include operations requiring long term defenses. Cimmerian mercenaries/Heavy infantry can and do take missions for securing strategically important raider affiliated regions and allies. They crash and ruin as much they can, never showing mercy to pitiful natives and their worst enemy, Defenders. They will fight till the day of their DEAT / DOS, and they are often seen in various battle Scenes, and skirmishes all around the multiverse. Often without even called by anyone for assistance, as they are the preatorians of Crom, the subdeity of Almighty Raideron.

• Affliations: Serious Gameplayer, Invader, Purist Raider/ Raider extremist. All Cimmerians are obliged to make an Entry oath when they enlist to the Unit.

There are an isolated, remote Witch-Queendom of Cimmeria out there at distant mountains in a horizon of vast Taglands, but that realm never recruit anyone. Some rare combatworthy and battle hardened raiders and raider mercs may someday get granted privilege to enter to the Witch-Queendom, and become respected member of tribes of Cimmeria. Cimmeria recruits only soldiers for the unit of elite mercs.

Note that this thread's purpose is recruit soldiers to the Raider Mercenary unit, not for any regions.

Raider mercs need regions only for targets.

I feel sad that TBR is gone. No one to argue with in the Gameplay forum. No one to raid my regions anymore. The NS world is now a very sad place for the loss of the greatest raiding group NationStates has ever seen.

Why not? It is not prohibited recruit for Military Unit. Cimmerian Mercs are not loysy regionalist moderates, this thread is for people who want experience R/D game play and learn form it...

It's like French Foreign Legion. Nobody asks your backgrounds as long as you follow the theme, strategic objectives and the mission, ruining and crashing as much as you can.

Even defenders are welcomed play Raiders In Cognito if they want, but affiliation is extreme purist raiderism.

Even majority of veteran black riders are that moderate raiders I often get sick to their antics, excuses and other BS. I doubt there will be enough pure and hardcore raiders I can really expect much from this project. I would need only one fellow raider, enough insane, pure, and free for updates to get this Unit established.

I had wanted to focus more on invader/darkspawn kills more than number of defenses when it came to the Wardens, but I figured it'd be harder to keep track of.

One day we will be together. Once both of us finally get too sick of GP, we'll settle down together in some neutral region and enjoy each other's company. Or maybe we'll kill each other in a romantic and epic final standoff

Yep. Why the hell I would make any kind attack against my old home region/organisation after 2000+ hours of work for it, after participation to over half TBR raids ever made, being un-official secretary of the Elite Cavalry (now dispanded) written 100+ raid reports. etc. etc. etc.?

If it some day becomes available for tag, then I tag it like everything else, but that tag will be TBR tag. Understood?!!
