As you've probably assumed purely from the name of the nation posting this - RiftyNoble production ain't dead just yet! As many would know I (Rifty) have been fairly inactive on NS since November last year down to real life issues including University and the like. Before I could continue on here to bring joy to all your lives I needed to work out how Id factor in NS with University, an active social life and sleep. I've done just that and well here I am.

The problem we've had in the past is that we have both taken on the entire region onto our shoulders without any assistance. Realising this is an issue which leads to our enthusiasm fizzling out devised a "sooper sekrit" plan to avoid this issue - We work when we want to the degree we want. We don't look at it as a chore but as something we will do and enjoy when we have the time.

Active Military?
    Mostly likely

What stance are we taking in R/D?
    ...Independence...Filthy Moderates....Ideological Jumpers...Indecisive pricks...

Mass WA telegrams?
Wouldn't be a RiftyNoble production without them!

Democracy?

We aren't wishing to cause drama. We aren't wishing to have a thread at the top of Gameplay at all points in time. What we are trying to do is really get a region together...A community...Where us pair feel comfortable. We aren't going to do what we've done in the past where we continue to claw for power.

With the previous regions we'd get to 50 citizens and moan we want 100. Once we hit 100 we'd be moaning that 200 was close. None of that. We will be appreciating each and every single person we get. Each and every accomplishment. This isn't being lazy or not motivated; It's not continuing as ungrateful prats that has led to our downfall in the past.

So yeah - Hey guys~

EDIT: I spell like I was dropped at birth <3

Really? I guess that means not everything is a success for Rifty :P

Anyways, serious question:Will Sanctum have a stance on Lazarus, and what will it be?

Not a lot has been x'D

The region - uh - I don't know. If it's going to be run the way we intend it to be; the regions stance will run hand in hand with my own. I myself recognise the NLO as a legitimate government and have no intention in assisting or pleasure in seeing the PRL in returning. I support the NLO upholding Lazarus but do not and will not support a further push of this NLO/NPO force across other GCRs.

No problem shadbae

The stance doesn't mean we'll help uphold NLO though as a region. I myself will be keeping a WA in there when i'm not active with EPSA.

Just thought id update you all on how we're doing - We started a mass WA recruitment 16 hours ago. We had 18 nations at the time. We now have 110 nations with 84 WA participants.

Not sure how I missed this. I'm glad you started back up, Rifty. I was sad to see AoI shut down, although I think the rebranding will do good long-term :)

Rebranding hopefully will work out for us. No intention in getting into gameplay drama. No intention of causing unneeded drama.

Ultimately what I have here is the ability to provide for many - and in return they remain there. Work together for the common interests of the region and the like. :)

If I'm not mistaken, Sanctum sent a telegram to all WA nations, meaning it partook in UCR Recruitment. I'll have to double check to make sure I'm correct on this, but if so, expect some recruitment bombs.

Any wishing of luck dissipated with that recruitment telegram.

If this is true then I wish your region only the most ashy, shallow grave that I can. I look forward to recruiting directly from your region when I'm bored.

All good by me - last time we had issues with Europiea and The North Pavific deciding to recruit from us yet grabbing minimalistic numbers in comparison to what I'd get in my retaliation recruitment. :)

New and Refounds are over crowed with recruitment - All I'm doing is targeting a different set legally. It's more affective is a hell of a lot more equitable then just stealing the new folk from GCRs.

Oh shove off tim - 30 odd (or more) of your endorsements were gained through these means. You wish to take the moral high ground then you shouldn't have accepted the people gained through these means into Osiris.

If you are referring to when you told AoI citizens to move to Osiris and endorse Tim, then that is a very indirect way of gaining endorsements through telegram all WA nations. I must also say I believe 30 to be an overstatement in that case.

Festybae are you unable to count? or read? or do you much rather ignorance in an attempt to talk down to me? In any case it is not an admirable trait~

Osiris Fraternal Order wrote:In a very exciting continuation of events, Pharaoh Tim Stark's endorsement count continues to rise, now sitting around the 130 endorsement mark. Thanks in part to the influx of nations from the dissolved Association of Imperialism, as well as continuous tarting, this number has continued to gradually grow from the 100 endorsement mark reached earlier in February, and will hopefully continue growing! Along with the obvious benefits of having more endorsements, such as a significant increase in the World Assembly power of Osiris, this has allowed for increases to the Security Council endorsement caps of Osiris, which will then allow for even better establishment of nations for the pretty necessary Osiris Influence Security Net.

Tim Stark despite me being a prat towards him won't deny the fact that dissolving of AoI into OFO did add even more then 30 endorsements. If I was a complete asshole i'd go through our chats on skype and paste some quotes where we can confirm his agreence to more then it being 30 endorsements a while back.

The WA count has also not dropped before you claim they have all left. You need to stop looking for things to attack in regards to me when you have a very weak grasp on the truth; where your thoughts are clouded by some sick infatuation you seem to have with one day screwing me over legitimately.

I'd also suggest you didn't bother lecturing me on OFO. You as War Scribe need to get your head out of these consistent personal issues and focus on your job as War Scribe. Not be trying to allow PNG status members into the region, Not trying to get a little revenge on those who can't stand you but actually rebuilding the Legion and caring for the security of Osiris.

And to answer your question..

73 Recruits (conversion rate: 0.53%)

Since it's WA recruitment you are targeting a lot of well placed members who would never leave. So alongside those 73 recruits you get the other people who send puppets or sleepers in hopes I get DEAT. x'D

Yeah of course :)

It was between 21,000 - 22,000 that where sent. 7000 or 9000 (I can't be stuffed checking) where blocked by category.

Is there a reason you targeted delegates? I've been thinking about targeting them but it seems like it's simply better to target new nations because they have no loyalty to their region and are guaranteed to have been active.
