These are just a few notable regions in the top thirty for number of nation. I did not include puppet storage regions, and jump point regions; however, almost all of them were founded afterward.
What?

4 years 93 days ago: Region founded by The Empire of Spear Danes.

I believe Fauxia was trying to say that Spear Danes is a jump point region; namely that of The Order of the Grey Wardens ^^

Spear Danes was originally the jump point of the Fort Triumph Marshal Service, I believe.

Really gives perspective on that whole coup thing :p

Yeah, the entire section of delegacy changes was pretty neat. 45 seems really high... I'd definitely want to double check it.

Go to the Lazarus history page the do CTRL+F then enter “elected”.

13 on the first page
6 on the second page
16 on the third page
10 on the fourth page the last qualifying one being; 5 years 352 days ago: Griffin somerset elected WA Delegate.

13+6+16+10=45

300: A Record in Sinker History?

For the first time in our regions history, we have reached 300 endorsements. This feat has reportedly been previously achieved in other sinkers with the help of foreign armies, so while this is not the first-time time a sinker has achieved 300 endorsements it might be the first time a sinker has reached this mark naturally. It is a great testament to how through hard work the Balder people are creating miracles.

When our system of governance was first introduced, I was told that it would not work. Due to the incredible work of the people of Balder, we have achieved victory over the paradoxes that many have claimed were unsolvable. Activity while stable. A functional elected legislature in a GCR. A high amount of both World Assembly nations and endorsements with a conservative cap. Balder does not simply take the word of foreigners about what will work or will not work. The Balder people forge their own path based on what actually works.

The creative spirit of the Balder people is being realized in an unprecedented way as we make big strides to achieve our dreams.

See, this is something legitimately good if it really is a record, not like that longest-continous-GCR-delegate thing.

Thought about raising the endocap recently? :p

Congratulations to you and the people of Balder for persevering through all of the poo-pooers and naysayers. You should be proud of this accomplishment!

I was hoping my high would stay a record. :(

But really, that speaks pretty highly to the engagement the Balder government has with the members of their region. Congratulations!

When I saw “Balder - 300” I expected significantly more Thermopylae.

You do realize we're not a Greek region right? :/

I was expecting a Balder rendition of the battle of Thermopylae.
Great job though, that's a very respectable endo count.

Also, congratulations!

Yes, Lazarus reached 330 endorsements on the Delegate nation at the major update between April 23rd and 24th, 2015. I was not able to find a higher delegate endorsement count in the records (available at that page) going back to 2011, nor the more fragmentary records from 2004, 2005, or 2006 (none higher than 55 delegate votes = 54 endorsements).

Turtles never forget. Oh wait, that's elephants. :?

I remembered Funk's post about 300 but I didn't remember your post about 330. Guess I have more work to do :(

Well, those weren’t “organic” endorsements, so Rach’s number is still meaningful!

Spear Danes was actually used by TITO before that. Of course it has always been my region and I allowed TITO to use it while BT was a TO in TITO

The Internationale was originally founded sometime around June 2009, and its current iteration has continuity back to that original foundation - our current Custodian, Proletaire, is one of the three original members who joined NS after leaving NS2, where TI was originally formed.

A stadium of a plastic ass team that likely won't even make Top 4 this season? It's not the most flattering picture to paint.
