Damn those legal texts and their ambiguity.

Yao, does the law apply proportionate to those who voted, or to the Congress overall? You'll obviously say the latter to try and justify your dictatorship, but what were you thinking before that? And how does that precedent apply to past laws (and possibly invalidate them)?

For your information, Gulliver did try to hold the vote on the official forum a couple of times, but Stujenske put an end to it. Further proof of the tyranny you're trying to legitimize.

Proportionate to those who voted. I wouldn't deny a fact.

I would deny, however, that 3/5 of the People's Congress don't support the NLO. Most of the People's Congress is in the NLO. This can't be denied, whereas the legitimacy of the election can be.

The legitimacy of it can't be, you're just calling it into question despite what the law clearly says. And wherever Horse's loyalties lie now that you've offered him whatever you've offered him, at the time of the vote he voted no confidence, so the vote was valid. He has resigned from the People's Congress so, no, 3/5 doesn't support the NLO.

At the time of the vote, 3/5 of The People's Congress supported the no confidence vote. And when the plebiscite vote ended, with a staggering 94% majority voting no confidence, those same 3 congressman STILL supported it. Just because Horse happened to defect TODAY does not mean it changes his vote, a vote which had ended several days prior to his defection.

Then of course there's the fact that we have held both nominations & elections, which resulted in the election of Funkadelia as chairman.

So Stu is NOT the legal Chairman of The PRL, or even it's illegal Chairman, because the vote of no confidence passed exactly as law says it should, with all the necessary majorities voting "No Confidence."

So please, try harder to justify this farce you call the NLO. Make my day.

Really, people here need to learn how to debate rather than just hurl accusations at one another.

Sorry darling, must've missed this - no, I'm going to speak down on you from my nation, because you're not debating issues properly, merely slinging high volumes of shit at the opposing side and praying people will fall for it when in reality no one has made convincing arguments either way.

Sorry for a bit of a grave-dig there. Had to be said.
