Seeking Recruiters/Founders Telegram Data

I would like to know some data, both qualitative and quantitative.

If you have the time and access to this information, please post it:

1. The recruiting template you use for your region
2. Your delivery report information, specifically, your conversion rate
3. Which system you use (stamps, free template at 8, API)

If, for some reason, you use multiple recruiting templates (perhaps to experiment with trying to get a better conversion rate) then feel free to post that data, also.

I want to see whether my conversion rate is similar to others' and if it's lower, make a hypothesis of why your template message does better depending on what's included in it.

Every 100 telegrams I send (and are successfully received) manually yields 1-2 members, always, regardless of the region, telegram, or target type. Same goes for stamps. Stamps are of course faster and you can send out thousands of them in a month, yielding the same amount (but at a faster rate) of recruits- but of course they aren't free.

Don't use the API for recruiting. It's slow, inefficient, and you can send out manual telegrams faster and get better results. Plus you have to be logged in for the API to send telegrams anyway, for several hours on end... when you add it all up it isn't really worth it. There are better uses for the API.

My personal preference is stamps, though if I have a couple hours manual recruitment comes in a close second.

Yes. But I'm sure there are others out there that can make better recruitment telegrams than I, who can post advice on that. Those statistics aren't just for me, they're from a lot of different people, and assuming the telegram is of good quality those statistics are often true. So a little disclaimer I suppose.

Furthermore they are the same statistics given in the FAQ for mass recruitment campaigns.

But Neph, the api can be a great addition to a wider strategy- for example, set a client to target a certain group with one tg, letting it run most of the day with no explicit effort afterwords, and then target other groups manually or With stamps. There's little point targeting the same group with both, but it can help cover more bases, with no effort once it's set up.

OP I've run several campaigns, I'll dig up details later, but I'll affirm that my rate of recruit per read telegram is about 1-2%. Most recently, got four (three of which stayed) from about 300 tg's read (though note that took about 2000 delivered- usually get between a 10 and 30% read rate of delivered, and ten ish or less of total. So in the end you're talking about closer to .1% of overall sent tg's.

I live in Sicarius. We're a relatively small, but active and dedicated group of people, who focus on the Military aspect of play (We're known as the Assassins, and often act as such), but also have options for region government, roleplay, just plain talking, and much more. Compared to the bigger military regions we're a tight-knit community that allows advancement fast and teaches everyone the skills that often only the leaders of other organizations know. As per our title, we prefer infiltration and skulduggery followed by violent reveal, over blundering into our targets. We may like things small, but a number of alliances and friends still allows us to pack the punch of bigger groups.

If you want to see what telegrams people use you can just go found a nation and browse through... Though I suppose that doesn't give any data as to which is most effective. Have a look at the larger UCRs maybe, one can assume they have successful recruitment programs going.

This way gives me more data, especially considering the fact that if I created a nation (which I have) you tend to get the same big regions telegrams. I want to know the success of small regions' telegrams.
