NPO is extremely stable and as the leaks showed us, they are very smart and creative with how they sabotage governments. Any attempt to fight them is fools play.

Like once my UCR was tagged by TBH/TBR but all I did was refound the founder and cleaned it up. I feel like fear would have to be like legitimately worrying about whether your region would get destroyed.
