She clears her throat.

" Citizens of the Caldari State. Today we took notice of a recent rise in Foreign Aggression from a nation known as Armetesia. They have recently begun a to mass troops at the border to a Nation known as Serierus. They also decided to cut off our supply to Choclate based products. Our Foreign Policy, stats that we help Nations that can not defend themselves from stronger opponents, and we all like Chocolate right? "

" Today the nation of Armetasia, witch had recently cut off exports to the State, on all levels, has declared a economic "war" against the Caldari state and the Mega corporations that make up the State. "
"President Redheart Issued this statement in response."
"Play the clip."

President Redheart stands at the Podium.
" We Well not let this stand. At all. We could actually tolerate the loss of Chocolate, but this crime shall not stand. The Mega Corporations, have dedicated there own personnel naval forces to the State. And as of now, the State has enacted a war time policy stating that the Navy is exempt from All purchase cost within the state. Also, more troops well move to the Border."

" After this statement hundreds of CPF, CBT, and other corporate warships began to join the Caldari Navy on the Border. "

A Single group of Caldari State Navy Wyvern Class Carriers Blink warp to the very edge of the border zone, with Hundreds of Dreadnoughts and battleships behind them. Drones can be seen swarming around them, reading to destroy anything.

The Caldari Admirals wait.

The declaration of war had just came in, and most ponies panicked and fled the building. Only three remained: The LotAS (Leader of the Allied States), MoND (Mare of National Defence) and the MoIW (mare of International Warfare). The three had no idea wether or not an invasion force actually was on the way, but as they all three knew the SSDF couldn't hold out alone, the command of the entire Seierusian Defence Forces was handed to the MoND. The MoIW then left the building, fleeing to the Government Safety Bunker (GSB) Jarestone, in, of course, the state Jarestone. This was a thing that had been prepared beforehoof, as Seierus didn't have any combat experience in the nearest 100 years.

Seierusian Air Defence Base (SADB) 1 - 5 were fully mobilized, along with the Seierusian Naval Defence Base (SNDB) 1 - 3 and Seierusian Ground Defence Base (SGDB) 1 - 7 were also mobilized.
