Are there any regions that are avtively involved in defending?

Yeah, of course! The most prominent Defender Regions would most likely be Spiritus, Renegade Islands Alliance, Fort Triumph Marshal Service, and 10000 Islands. If you're looking to Defender, any of those would be a great fit for you, though I'm a bit biased towards Spiritus having founded it and all You could also look at The East Pacific, whose military is independent but performs a good mix of both raids and defenses in its operations.

Just as a slight correction, the actual region is Fort Triumph, not Fort Triumph Marshal Service which is the name of their military. You can find a larger list of defender or defender-leaning regions here. It's toward the bottom of the dispatch.

I'm biased toward Spiritus too. Aside from defending, which can only happen twice a day at set times, we also have a lot of fun community activities and games you can get involved in, as well as an active democratic government.

There's also always The Rejected Realms and Lazarus.

I believe the gentleman was asking about regions that are actively involved in defending. The region you listed above are only passively involved, typically sticking to post-raid clean ups and de-tags with the rare liberation attempt on the side.

That actually isn't true, these days. The regions Tim listed are in fact the ones that are most often active in defending, at update. You may know that if you did more than pop in once a month to tell everyone how it is.
