NSEconomy problem

Postby Maruf » Thu Jan 07, 2010 9:28 pm

Is NSEconomy totally unusable in regions with too many nations? Ever since I moved back to Lazarus I have been getting the message:

The region you searched for, or the region in which the nation you searched for resides, contains too many nations to be loaded. This is intentional, and will not be “fixed” in the forseeable future.

Apparently so, yes. I don't know what the threshold for size is, but have seen this complaint (from people in various of the 'game-created' regions) more than once before...
The Confrederated Clans (and other Confrederated Bodys) of the Free Bears of Bears Armed
(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.

The threshold is 300 nations. if you want to compare nations or just check your own, then NSTracker is useful for that, and has no limits. The stats are very similar to the NSEconomy stats.
Everything you know about me is wrong. Or a rumor. Something like that.

Allow me to point out that you can make your own pseudo-region with NSEconomy.
Go to the FAQ
After php? in the url add

nationstring=nation1:nation2:nation3 etc.

You only need one other nation besides your own.

Aha, thanks a lot for this.
