I was just wondering...are there any rules on declaring war? And would it be possible for some one to explain how war works in NationStates? I would very much appreciate it!

Declare war frequently, and on militarized governments exponentially bigger than yours.

At least, that's what most new players do. Declaring war on broad groups (such as "all communiztz!1!" or "teh fasshizts!1!"), many of such nations being exponentially larger than yours. ;)

This asking for advice thing that your doing is foreign to me. Seems like a good idea though! :clap: (Not being sarcastic, asking really was a good idea.)
