OK. I am back from a mod-imposed 7-day vacation and while I was gone, I was lurking quite a bit. I have decided to "join the game allready in progress"

I am working on a few international incidents, however, I am unsure how to RP a "reporter". What is the best way to report on an INternational incident from a neutral non-biased viewpoint and then, comment on those reports IC?

You could use a puppet, or even a reporter from your own nation. It's a democracy so I assume that you have a free press.

Maybe I am confused. The IC posts from my nation are in the voice of the leader right? Is there a way to make the voice of someone else come across?

I think that it's fine, I'd make sure that everyone knows the reporting is impartial though. That could easily be done OOC, and IC if you're a bit more creative.
