If you have an RP question, ask it in one of the RP forums. This is a place to talk about stuff that *ACTUALLY* happens on the NS site, in the game.

and size of navy is an RP thing. Since we don't actually get to recruit a navy for a nation, or set anything about size, or ships ect.

In other words this doesn't belong in gameplay.
