Which levels are you referring to? If challenge, they give you a slight bonus against other nations in future challenges.

I'm not sure about that advice, but taking away the rights of your nation's politicians seems to help for me. Just a while ago, I got an issue about a politician's affair with their secretary, and I chose the option that made it everyone's business. If that's not clear enough, make sure not to pass stuff like giving/raising allowances or privacy rights for government officials. Instead, do the exact opposite. Punish them, or do whatever the people option is.

Aside from that big one, avoid passing anything by relatives, specifically your brother, and especially do not cover for them. There's also some more like decreasing gov. spending and defense forces while (somehow??) increasing welfare and education, but I don't think that's a route your nation would want to go, and I handling myself well with keeping tax rates high. Generally though, more gov. involvement and bureaucracy means higher corruption.

idk if this is the right place for this but whatever. yesterday i remembered this game and started over. starting new game is nice and all but i remembered my old nation name and it would be really fun to see what i made as a child. however, both nations are in wa. would using incognito be ok? sure i could just leave wa but i dont wanna

If a nation CTEs while it is a member of the WA, then it loses its WA membership when it is revived.

Pretitle is the thing (I really have no idea what else to call it) before your nation name, in a smaller font;

The bolded part here is the pretitle of your nation, while the rest of it is your actual nation name.

You can change your pretitle once you hit 500 million population on your nation. It should take you about 3-4 months to do so.

The delegate is elected twice daily during the two daily region updates. At that point, whoever has the most WA endorsements becomes the new delegate.

A simple yet (probably) difficult question to answer. How does war work, how do you declare wars, and effectively fight them. Asking for...... future purposes.
