Actually I saw the sleeper long before the raid and laughed. I already knew what was going to happen.

Had Rift or I cared enough, the previous delegate would have stayed or we'd have piled in endorsements (you'll notice that the previous delegate left at the same update the embassy expired, as it was planned this way). Not to mention you haven't won yet- that's not a lot of endorsements on the new delegate, and you jumped the gun on password protecting the region, especially considering a WA Liberation would render that useless. All of this indicates that you have a false sense of security.

You don't think anyone knew that Len's puppet which was there since the inception of the region and continuing to gather considerable influence+not moving with the other notables of the region during the merger, or that one knew or would expect sleepers of any # of raider groups in the region both before and after founderless status. Pretty everyone knew this raid was coming.

He was deleted by the mods and realizing the precarious nature of founderless regions in this, the heyday of raiderism, made the prudent decision to finalize a merger which had been in the works for a long time. Coupled with the fact that Rift wanted to focus on running the government and region building in TEK anyway. He could have simply founded The Coalition of Freedom and refounded CoF later if he so desired.

So it WAS by the will of the founder that CoF was effectively disbanded, we had 50+ endorsements on RoSC when Rift was deleted its not like it would be raided overnight there was plenty of time to make an informed decision on the future of CoF, his deletion merely moved up the timetable and actually sped up the process.
