Info on the Guardian Network

Does anybody have any information about the "Guardian Network?" Their home region is Guardian Network, and it seems like it is just one guy squatting on about 2000 dead regions with his puppets. One such region is my own, Ridgefield, which I cannot reclaim, because he is barely active and does not respond to telegrams. Anyway, if anybody could tell me who this is, and if they have a main nation/region I could contact, I would greatly appreciate it.

I TGd Scoochi2. I have gotten no response yet, but I did receive a TG from Guardian Network (waiting for permission to show that one). Short answer: no progress yet.

I have not received permission to publish the conversation, so I will paraphrase. He means to keep control of the region, and if I wish to settle there and rebuild, I will have to do it without Founder controls, and telegram him when I want the WFE changed, embassies established, etc. This is unacceptable to me.

Normally don't comment on individual matters but meh.

The former founder CTEd, the region in question has already collapsed in the past due to this reason.
An active founder allows the region to live on securely if the inhabitants wish whilst.

This solution is better than other solutions such as the case with Internet, to name but one.

Refounding a region that died by having all nations in it CTE or leave except your own can hardly be called conquering...
Having a founder that does what you ask and doesn't CTE... isn't that the best solution?

In my experience, a lot depends on the presence of a 'key person' willing to work such a system. If you build a whole community from scratch where that is considered normal, then it's no problem.

I mean I worked with someone even more crazy, and they've now just accepted it as "just the way it is".
