Hang out in sunny Lothlorien among lazy elves.

Carpentry: Learn to build your own flett.
Botany: Elanor yellow, Niphredil white, Mellyrn tall.
Confectionery: It’s not always bland lembas. We bake honey cakes too.

No offsite forum, no regional government to speak of, no titles or offices.

We have laid back conversations on all sorts of Tolkien fandom related themes. Occasionally we like short visits to other LOTR themed regions we have ties with. Really we are a region where you want to move and peacefully develop your Tolkien themed puppet nation, lying in your hammock and whistling Elvish songs.

I normally always support the creation of new regions, but this really does not sound like any fun. Might I suggest reconsidering a forum and a government? Even a LOTR themed government would suffice.
