as a world assembly member I started the republic but somenation called publisus took over and now nation states is saying he is the founder I'm the real founder of the republic I proclaim the republic

When nobody is in a region, it will disappear after a certain amount of time (when it updates). After that, anybody can found the region again.

I don't know when I left for the week it had one person left didn't know he'd leave on me a was only leaving for a week

Looks like Publius was the original founder before you but your both in a long line of founders for that region stretching back to 03. Next time you found a region park a puppet there in vacation mode.
