Facts? We don't need no sticking facts.

It would be easier just to incorporate a "Grief Region" button, so you wouldn't even need to make the effort to do the actual raiding. Players could just bounce from region to region and destroy everyone else's efforts at will, without even bothering about WA status. Wouldn't that be nice. -Frisbeeteria

UDL has several regions, that they don't do anything with them simply supports my point. There is no civic power at all in UDL; it's a paramilitary.

As for the suggestion that the size or age of 10KI somehow changes the fact that political and foreign policy decisions are made according to military ideology, bollocks. You have clearly failed to understand the point I was making about the primacy of civic power, and how the lack of it is a defining feature of R/D groups.

I'm assuming you're referring to the regions that we have that are named after the UDL, which are maintained to keep people from impersonating us so that we can have some control over our image. And the UDL has never claimed to be a region so I don't see how we're relevant in that discussion.

I actually assumed he was talking about your puppet dumps. Who knows? I'm of the opinion that he doesn't know what he's talking about.

In that case the puppet dumps are for storage and jumping, and every army, regional, extra-regional, small, and large, uses them. They're an integral part of being a military.

Keep talking amongst yourselves about an irrelevant side topic if you must, i'll wait for someone who understands the concept of the civic power to come along so we can actually discuss something meaningful.

So does that make the UDL like those volunteer neighbourhood vigilantes in the States who drive around armed looking for suspicious people? :P

In more relevant news, the Republic is now allied with Osiris (and was already allied with TNI, and the LKE if you want to include them). If this ever gets updated, there are more lines to draw! :)

Osiris now has treaty alliances with The New Inquisition, Albion, The Land of Kings and Emperors, Balder, and Europeia, in fact, so that would be quite a few more lines if this is going to be updated.

I thought you were trying to post with Cormacville now since you tried to relinquish surnames or whatever. =P
