This is where all of us can propose and debate over laws and rules for our region. Everything from rp etiquette to regional government. I encourage everyone in the League to propose ideas and be involved. This will dictate what we put in our constitution. Here are a few of my ideas-
1) A term limit of 3 months for the incumbent WA Delegate/ President. It should be renewable at the end of each term, but of course they must run and be re-elected. I think this is fair and gives everyone a chance to gain the position. Of course, it also means we can better keep stability in the region if we are happy with our current Delegate.
However, in the case our elected Delegate is consistently inactive without just cause, is abusing their power, or they are breaking laws set by our constitution, we must have the right to impeach them. This will result in them losing all their endorsements. Any nation who does not comply and remove their endorsement, faces punishment as well. Ejection and banishment may apply.
2) As Founder, I should give up the right to vote for or become WA Delegate. I should be neutral in all regards. My only jobs in this since would be to keep the legally elected Delegate in power, punish nations who continue to break our laws, and protect the region from possible raiders.
3) I also believe we must have several positions in our regional government. President (WA Delegate) and Secretary General (Founder) are commonplace and already established. But, we need some other positions, so feel free to propose some.
4) Role playing is the essence of our region. We must establish guidelines for them. We cannot allow members god-mod everything. No nation is invincible. We are a modern tech region. Also, we must discuss nuclear weapons and other WMDs. Should we even have them?
These, and anything else you want to bring up, are what we need to discuss. Remember, this ISN"T our constitution, only a place to speak. Make your voice heard. Criticism is encouraged, but please be nice to each other.
