So far I've attempted doing this API telegram stuff but have been left running in circles so I went and bought stamps.

Can someone who has done it walk me through how; no links. I've been on google....I was so desperate I made it to the third page on google...

You want Technical, not Gameplay.

Some info on using stamps is here in the FAQ. The bit that you really want is probably this.
