Thread Ownership

There is no thread ownership in the Gameplay forum.

Regions wanting to post their legislation, organise their internal affairs, or to have a discussion for members of their region only are advised to get an offsite forum for this. Popular providers of free forums include Zetaboards, InvisionFree, and Proboards.

If you want to have a discussion amongst your region, you can either use your Regional Message Board, or create some off-site forums for your region. Off-site forums are pretty handy to have in general, since they allow much greater organisation than merely using the RMB. There are plenty of free forums you can use: Invisionfree, Zetaboards, Proboards, etc.
