I'd like to report use of an illegal flag, the individual, remains as we no longer have an active founder to expel him from the region, which we desire to do.

File a complaint under GHR rather than reporting in Moderation. Offensive flags fall under Gameside, I believe. It speeds things along. /not a mod.

Quite simply so many use illegal flags that its obviously not an issue to the moderators.
For example the rules state that the image you use must be flag-like; yet how many nations use photos, or drawings that depict people, places & things that in no way resemble a flag (Ie pictures of kitties & puppies or Ponies or peoples faces etc.)

Im actually quoting the FAQ on this subject. The other main factor was not to have a flag promoting a "Hate" Agenda; like using an image of Hitler or other Nazis (often used which if you look closely you will see Nazi Ideographic images,Ie the "Adrian Einwelt" who recently changed their "flag" which is still just an image as opposed to something flag-like.), or Swastikas unless being a parody (though sometimes used Ie The Althing Confederacy & the Scandinavian Althing)
