How exactly do you plan to transfer control? By giving away the founder account? Because if that's the plan then I shouldn't need to remind everyone of the risks associated with accepting control of a nation from someone you do not know.

I'll allow whomever I give control to the region the Password as I leave. My puppets should be CTEd by then anyways and then they can do whatever they wish.

If I'm not mistaken, a raider puppet slowly gathering influence so they can stage a coup and have enough influence to wield.

I am willing to take The Q Continuum, Qazox. As a respected member on NS, I request to have The Q Continuum, because I got major plans for this region.

If I obtain The Q Continuum, my plan will be to revive The Q Continuum, and create a thriving community, comprising both of gameplayers, Generalites, and RPers. The Q Continuum would be oriented to late PMT-late FT RPers, and will accept all creatures from humans to Daleks to tribbles, to Vulcans and all other FT species.

For the stance of The Q Continuum in gameplay if I gain control of it, it will be an active defender region, like the UDL, Unknown, or TITO.

In regards to regional government, it is designed to have a President elected by WA nations and serving at their pleasure (until they remove you and put someone else in charge), but there will an Emperor: you. Otherwise, for all intents and purposes, it is like Esquarium, but in space. And less fighting.
