Has your region ever been raided?

Have you ever been banjected by an invader region? Could the invasion have been prevented? Did a team manage to drive them out eventually or have you never seen your region since then?

I stick to GCRs and Foundered UCRs, so I've never been raided.
Groups like The FRA can prevent raids.

Anyway, with my old nation (which did not get involved with pretty much anything outside of answering issues), I woke up one day to find a TG from someone I recognized as being in my region, saying that the region had "been invaded" and that they "needed my help". I took one of my rare looks at the RMB and found out that we had been invaded by LWU.

I thought it was pretty neat. Never really got all pissy about how they took the region, just respected them. Unfortunately, that nation is lost to the ages and I've long forgotten it's name or the region's name.

One of my old regions (under a different nation) was raided a while back. It was completely destroyed, everyone had to move.

Yup. My first ever proper region (New Sorvun) was raided by The Genesis Federation. It was around Christmas 2007 if I recall correctly, and it was just after the majority of the community split off from Sorvun to escape the Founder's grip. The nation they used was Wum, and he and other TGF members used the somewhat confused, and active period to integrate themselves into the community and elevate Wum to the Delegacy almost from the outset. Without looking at the old forums I think Wum began to kickban people (including myself) from the region on Christmas day, and then further worsened the situation by "outing" several other New Sorvunites as spies to the Founder (who immediately removed them). Several members of the community split off into other regions in the aftermath and New Sorvun never really recovered. That's not to say that we weren't active for a while, but we lost a lot of members and it was never quite as strong as it had been after its immediate founding.

Yes, two of the regions I reside in have been raided (not counting any GCR).

Not outside of people trying to produce large numbers of zombies that would be a no. As founder that wouldn't be a problem to begin with.
