Following the recent activities of the Black Hawks, the United States of Natan has requested that nations attend the ABHC Conference to discuss what actions to take against the black hawks to systematically remove them from power

The black Hawks have raided countless regions, for the reasons of imperialism and aggression. I have decided to hold this conference to decide, amongst international leaders, what to do about them.

that is not my intention. The assembly is too weak to stop imperialist threats like these. My intention is to have the international community understand this, and end this threat. I hope to begin liberating regions under their control, and restore their governments-in-exile to power. If their former governments no longer exist, I hope to establish democratic governments, controlled by the natives. The Black Hawks must not be allowed to continue their aggression.

The black Hawks have raided countless regions, for the reasons of imperialism and aggression. I have decided to hold this conference to decide, amongst international leaders, what to do about them.

Interesting, if you got any founderless regions that need protection against imperialism, could send them my way.

They basically protect regions from imperialists and help them. They label themselves as "imperialist" but it's mostly out of parody of the true imperialists.

I object to this heresy. The Black Hawks are a benevolent group of people that do anything they can to help natives. Especially by ... Umm ... ~~Forcing~~ Encouraging(?) them to move to secure regions where they can be safe and happy.

I'm a perfect example of that

. Natan's tried lodging WA condemnations against me and they've never worked. My foreign police is still one of moderate expansionism.

That being said this forum has done one thing. I think I've found a potential ally.

The Black Hawks have had the most successful native relocation initiative I've ever seen. What other organization has the sack to ensure the natives remain nice and comfy under Fratt's care while their current region is unsafe? Sounds very commendable to me.

anyway, regions that deliberately attack others for no reason other than expansion and then relocate the natives as "refugees" should be stopped. if you do not think that they should, I would have to ask that you leave this conference.

I'm dead serious about this, they are a scourge on all good things in NS. Like Frak or Henry. I"ll totally help you figure out how to get rid of them. For one, we'll need a lot of fridge owls. And caek.
