What news? Some people think drama is news. Also, you'd obviously have to be selective with whom you send news telegrams. For example, you can send telegrams to just WA delegates. You would be able to do that about 4 times, perhaps once a month?

Regardless, you don't have a news service already, so how am I to believe you would be able to report the news skillfully?
