Maybe you could look at where i take SC in parody where a common question is "who is the region/nation and why should we care" to ask for his identity

This is not the place for random chat, end. As for TBR irc, well, we use skype for everything - from random chat to raiding operations.

Monology.

Draft for The Operational Protocol of the Inter-organisational Raider Co-operation for a moments before we 'GO'.

1. If you are in, you won't lodge random links to out-off topic sites to Skype/Irc etc Convo.
2. You cannot have that much to talk about when there are 30-50 others waiting orders, what to do.
3. For making sure that possibilities for misinformation will be minimized, as well as Risks of Acts of possible Infiltrators, The Raid Commander and/or Trigger should be named and...
4. The Knowledge of That established Command Structure for a Raid, repeated (Even to the degrees of Over reduntancy) by the Sub-Commanders of all Participating Organisations.
5. When Raid Commander announces The Silence, everyone participating follow that order, Including Sub-Commanders and...
6. If someone thinks its good moment start talk about your Aunt, Listen Rihanna (by offering YouTube link for that in the Operation Convo) or Call your fellow Raiders 'F*ckers' etc. inappropriate,
7. Sub-Commanders of Participating Organisations will kick such participant(s) Out of Convo as soon as possible.
8. Purpose of such Protocol Draft is Give The Raid Commander time and space he/she need to do his/hers Job correctly, when Organisational Circumstances of a Operation requires strict orders and disciplined group action for a making sure everybody participating to The Operation get valid information on important, minimum premises concerning The Operation (Who is in Command, What nation(s) is/are Pointman, what is target, and possible regional password, other possible orders)
9. At least Skype is not designed for simultaneous spamming of 20 people.
10. There are possible form 50 people groups for random and chaotic Chit chats anytime you need to do that, but you do Not Need to do that 5 Minutes before ETA, when The Unity is preparing to make Major Offensive.
11. We are Raiders. Good Raiders are Disciplined.

Cora, I don't say this often but I completely agree. When I say *silence* that means shut up. I don't care if you are getting robbed and are trying to fend off a murderous lumberjack. If you have to say something and you REALLY can't hold it in like "Oh my lord, the defenders have seen us!" then do it via a private convo to me rather than in the chat. After a *silence* command there should be 2 lines of text (at most) before the op is over. 1 MINUTE and GO. If there is anything more than that then you are carrying yourself unprofessionally.

Raids are meant to be fun and absolutely can be. You can goof around and tell dick jokes right up until your commander asks you to pay attention. After that you shut up. Making jokes like deliberately breaking the silence doesn't help the raid, it helps undermine the commander's authority. If one person can do it than anyone else can.

It's annoying for me to have to yell in all caps for people to be quiet and for absolutely no one to listen. Even saying yes sir to it then induces a flood of yes sirs and ayes and *listens up*s. Oh and if you see a friend, don't shout out in the middle of the silence that you see them, do it in a private convo. What are we in elementary school where you see someone you know and immediately shriek their name?

You want to successfully raid? Well then you have to shut the fuck up for two minutes. *drops mic*

VeniEdit: This isn't aimed at TBR or any group. This is just frustrated ranting after an update of trying to command 30 (mostly) strangers. I don't know how Onder used to do it but he needs to show me some tricks. xD
