If by stealth you mean capturing a target at update unseen, then yes, I've never seen it happen..damn activity page. It's limited to successful sleeper operations now (maybe those with a password are the most ''stealthy'' ones).

It has been so long ago i seen stealth,i forgot what is even is xD

Now if you want tips on how to hold a GCR against liberation... =P Just kidding, I don't have enough time, nor do I want to really. But if you ever nab a GCR delegacy Port, come to me. =P
