Saturday 5th April, Major Update

Another 16 regions fall as The Black Riders hit NationStates once again. Defenders cowered in their burrows. Furthermore, the last updating region, Radioactive Desert, saw itself refounded by The Black Riders.

Troops involved were General Halcones, Coraxion, and Hollowed Forest.

The 16 victims:

1. Totalitaria
2. Hakugyokuro
3. Mt Olympus
4. The Quiver
5. Insignia Incorporated
6. Olympus Mons
7. The German Army
8. The Feline Confederation
9. Riftwood
10. Hersheyhighia
11. The Coalition of Mordan
12. The Old World
13. Militaria
14. Greygorg
15. The Light Side of the Moon
16. The Region of Hetalia

I don't think us defenders cowered in our burrows, I think it's because they're tiny regions that we can't keep track of and/or are too little for a UDL operation.

No, it's because they're tiny regions that usually don't have a good community established at that time. If they did, then you were kicked out of there.

That is actually very hard understand why. There are around 17000 regions currently. Only about 1600 of them are possible Targets for Raiders. The Black Riders more or less continuously control about half of these possible targets.

Fenda Side of R/D game effectively let Raider Side Control about 10% of all Regions Existing. There are very big difference between Volumes of their Forum appearances and In-game Presence. Effectually They are already lost the War on Vast part of NationStates.

Which I'd like to see more of that, balancing it out, rather than only just tagging places up.

If it only has like 1 nation in it, that logs in every couple days, I doubt anyone actually cares about it.

So yeah, I very much doubt defenders are going to care about regions with one or two inactive nations in them. In fact, very few people in general do.

A lot more of teh big league stuff is fine. Quality over quantity.

Why? If there's no community or natives to speak of, or at the very least the natives don't care about the region, why bother?
