I would call it a degeneration rather than an evolution, actually.
Getting away with doing less while convincing yourself you're doing more is the stance only a fool should take.

It is Dream, but it is plausible dream and only Achievable in theory only within single organisation. That organisation model doesn't require any 'own' regions. Not for The Organisation, not for the Members of It.
