Is yours? I highly doubt that. Osiris isn't just a region, limited to the WFE and the RMB - it's a diverse and mulitcolored community, which is something that you don't seem to grasp - Osiris isn't yours, nor will it ever be.

You have, generally speaking, two people holding the delegacy. Kudos to them, but not to Gatesville. GV itself has had terrible propaganda, and has had to completely abandon the idea of doing things for 'the regions own good' after you all stomped on your own toes with conflicting messages. Not to mention bringing in forum destroyers and the like, of course.

I'm 99% sure that I reported in around 2010 or so and so did quite a few others. But I suppose this is the first time he's formally outed himself, so this is the first time it could have been properly acted on.

I just want to say, that history lesson has a lot of parallels to 18th century Poland, in which their congress (Sjem) became so infiltrated with Russians and a lot of other foreign forces they eventually overran the country. Nothing could get done, and the country was powerless to resist things like partitions, of which three occurred (though the people did revolt, at least, but were crushed by the ruling factions, sadly)
