But something is very obviously wrong here, given that your RMB literally devolved into outright defending the use of anti-gay slurs over the past few hours.

I’ve never seen anyone in the LCN use a slur against another person without their consent who wasn’t promptly moderated for it. The use a word to refer to a specific person (vs an entire group for example) who has no issue with the word and usually isn’t even apart of the group that the word can be used to refer shouldn’t be offensive to anyone. If you’re offended by the use of a mere word that isn’t even being used in a derogatory manner and in which both people consent, I’m not sure what to tell you. Obviously there are some words that the LCN forbids regardless of context, and rightfully so too (For example: the n word)

Nobody is defending the use of “slurs” - By definition, the word would have to be applied in a manner in that it’s referring to a group of people for it to be a slur (a derogatory or insulting term applied to particular group of people). That has yet to have happened in the LCN without moderation swiftly taking action against it.

If you take offense to the use of a word that’s being used to describe another individual in a jokingly manner (who is fine with the joke), then I’m not sure what to tell you.

Spelled with an a (I feel like it's important to clarify the bot is meant to catch any hard r usages, which is what the FCN had, and any the bot doesn't catch is clapped manually). And used in a non-abusive way otherwise there are consequences. Read this, maybe.

Anyway, this still pales in comparison to what RTL has let slide, and it's obvious this was just a reaction to Access to Abortion voting choices. There is no widespread racism in the LCN and we have a diverse community. Discrimination and abuse are not tolerated.

As for the FCN, we quickly acted when we became aware of the situation. The FCN listened to our calls for reform and made changes.

RTL only began their reevaluation of embassies because of SCI's WA vote and Abortion Doctor Goose. You guys can act like you are being proactive and morally superior with your slanderous accusations of racism and homophobia, but it's obvious that RTL only cares because their feelings were hurt by some silly abortion memes.

In fairness, the UDS never asked for SCI's removal. Only RTL did that, because UM, in his own words, targetted SCI with their statement.
