The Thing to Remember About NationStates is that it is an almost entirely social game - fundamentally, you have no power beyond your own ability to convince people to go along with your ideas. In that sense, even the most dictatorial region is fundamentally democratic.

I'm still getting these. It's been weeks. They're like those spam e-mails that tell you to click the link if you don't want to receive these e-mails and then, naturally, you still receive them. :P

We don't talk about what /was/... :P However, we have been (just recently) enforcing our previous policies that really were not enforced before. We had ejected Prussia a week or two ago finally and have since been enforcing the policy, most recently with Cromarty. We will not tolerate any raiders within the UDL, and you'll be seeing some more things happening in the near future (including a possible complete reset of all merrymen in the UDL and a revamping of the structure).
