There's very few contributors in these threads.

Why not pick up a free image editing software like G.I.M.P., Paint.net, or Pinta and give a try at making it yourself?

You see my current flag? I did that myself. My problem is mainly the two-headed eagle. I have already tried doing a polish two-headed eagle, and it was not... very good...

That looks a fine first draft to me. You've mentioned the eagle, do you have any other issues with the flag?

If you get the free program Inkscape, you can edit them and export an SVG as a PNG file that's more easy to use in an image editing program. Or, if you disable the media viewer in the cog settings on the right on Wikipedia, there's already PNGs of most all of the SVGs on the Wikimedia Commons.

I heartily recommend you give Paint.net a try. Paired with some plug-ins from their forums, t's a big step up in terms of what you can do compared to Microsoft's Paint, but it still isn't nearly as hard or complex to use as something like Photoshop or G.I.M.P.
