It is a rectangular flag with oblique bands, colored with the color of the UK real flag following the scheme blue-white-red. Oblique bands are repeated for 4 times.

The flag is made up of three horizontal stripes and a circle in light red, gold and light bronze.
Their emblem consists of a pickaxe with a craw on either side, the emblem is part of the standard flag and thus shown all the time.

Can someone make this?

I want an edit for my current flag.You should replace the color with the same color on my flag but has a more metallic feel as well as darker to fit with my FT setting.Also i want the eagle replace with the ones as seen on FT flag.Also i want the sun replaced with grey sun and like the rest of the flag has a metallic feel

I'm afraid "metallic" is hard to achieve, particularly working at a small scale. If you can post a larger version of the source I may be able to do slightly better.
