NEW Flag Makers/Requests

Hello, everyone.

Simply put, I hate the flag I have and I'm too impatient to try to learn how to make one myself. If someone could completely develop a new flag for me, I'd be grateful. I have no specifications besides wanting the colors red, white, and blue to be used, I don't prefer to have my motto or any words on it, and the flag to be somehow Michigan-based (like throwing something of a river and grass and a sun in the middle or having an elk/deer on the flag, for example). Many of you seem creative enough to make something great. Thank you in advance.

By the way, my flag now is just the flag of the state of Michigan.

I am in the market for a particular flag to be made. First off, the background is completely black. Then, in the centre is a sun (gold coloured). Overlayed on the sun, is a white skull.
