I'm sorry, but I have no clue how to do that and probably don't have the software to make it so. I would ask someone else who does know how and can do it well.

Hi, I’d just like to request a flag.

I’d like a lovely purple with a gold or white band across the middle. In the centre I’d like a castle or mountain range inside this.

I’d also like to see (a) variant(s) without the band.

In general, you can't just add quality.

I'm not sure what you think needs to be done here. It looks pretty sharp as it is. Certainly there is nothing which I think would be visible once it is loaded into NationStates. I would say Tamrida has done a fine job as usual.
