I may be very good at making flags like Minoa and The Antarctic Empire to the point of making them pass SVG validation, but I have to confess that I am new to making a deliberately bad flag for a parody nation called Mary Sue, and I am seeking some ideas here.

I think it has to break all five rules of vexillology. At the same time the outcome should be original (in layout).

Hello there,

So I'm struggling quite a bit with making a flag for my nation. Basically, we're a Secular Liberal Democracy (Republic) based on the values of the French Revolution, the development of British Liberalism with the Irish governmental system.

So far I'm using the French Tricolore with a Fox carrying a Torch with a gold flame that symbolises Liberalism/the path the nation took towards freedom. However, I'm not sure about using a Tricolore and its colours despite it being the obvious symbol of the French Revolution and its simplicity and commonplace in flags.

Could someone please design me some decent looking flags with the Fox symbol as the main symbol of them so I can choose which looks best? You can use any basic flag design. My only rules are no crowns or religious symbols and the flags have to vexilogically make sense. Other than that I have none.

PS: Idk what the biggest size for flags is on here but probably best work on the largest canvas you can.

May I please have a flag with a plain white background and single circle on it (about the same size as the one on Japan’s flag), expect with the circle off to the left a bit? Also, can the circle have a flowy design in it like the one on my current flag in the same colors (think like the Pepsi logo)?

Background is Navy blue, in the middle is a lighter Navy color "planet" with a white hurricane covering it on the leftern side of the flag, 5 stars with 4 points to the right of it in a cluster. Finally 3 starships (simple triangle shapes will do) flying towards the stars with a white trail. the stars and jets are white aswell.

And thank you very much, it looks great! We're still using Milograd's design but I personally prefer yours just a little bit more (I find it more true to the original - with a raised head holding itself up with pride).

So, what I don't like about the flag is how the coat of arms is low-quality. Keep the colors, but just make the CoA look nice. For example, the CoA in my current flag is just right.
