I'm pretty sure I just finished the most provocative essay I've ever seen in NationStates. Let's hope Fratt lets me publish it for next edition. :D

I doubt it. Change the name of the author from you to me, then it will be the most controversial ever.

No they're not. The mods did not create the Game Created Regions, Max Barry did.

UCRs and GCRs are two different entities.

It's probably about communities, that make a region what it is, regardless of who founded it... and to just trump all that with Max because he made the game is just pathetic...
