No, as the activity Gameside is declining. Gameplay activity may be high on Discord, if you can even call that Gameplay, but on Gameside, activity is low.

Yes it does, but the basis in my argument is that Gameplay/Gameside activity is decreasing relative to previous years. I do not believe that NSGP Discords have actual GP substance other than casual random discussion. Operations planned off site, such as on Skype and Discord, have always existed, I'm just saying the number of these operations, especially occupations, coups, invasions, and conspiracies, has decreased.
