I know. But the 'been awhile' is key.

I'm not going to take Defenders seriously at the update until its proven this isn't a fluke in relation to the trend.
Never underestimate the power of cynicism, pessimism and negativity to prevent terrible things from happening. Only idealists try to build the future on a mountain of bodies.

The Thing to Remember About NationStates is that it is an almost entirely social game - fundamentally, you have no power beyond your own ability to convince people to go along with your ideas. In that sense, even the most dictatorial region is fundamentally democratic.

You actually don't get to decide people's perceptions of you. And while its great to be all ' We don't care about what other people think of us', others perceptions of you have real world impacts.

I don't call you M, Mahaj. Its not that much effort to type out Cerian, if you can't be bothered to type out the full Cerian Quilor.

And I suppose it is true, You really did get your sense of humor removed. What do they charge for that?

Cerian Qualor's names also much shorter than Mahaj. Most people with even semi long names get abbreviated. I get Prush, Unibot gets Uni, Mall and Rev... gets Mall, so on and so forth. Mahaj was just following that pattern.

Nah, we had a sizable group of active members, still do. It's necessary to reach out to get the big numbers, even if those people aren't going to be fully committed to us. Those big liberations would have never happened without reaching out to a wide smorgasbord of players and we're thankful for their contributions.

Nice to see so many defenders out trying to free Sapphire (not bad for a Saturday Morning) - we put on a good show for saying we only had +1 over the margin, haha. The lead almost let it slip by him. Good to see, however, that the attempt was not in vain: the delegate is burnt out of influence.
