Do you think you deserve a commendation for something you might do? If not, why are you asking the same of the UDL?

I thought I was talking about Cormac Stark, not the UDL. I'm not going to speculate if the UDL will have Cormac back in their organization once he changes sides again, but I do believe there is a precedent. Please tell me if I'm wrong.

But it's irrelevant, because Cormac isn't coming back to the UDL.

Cormac quit the UDL once before.

Cormac came back to the UDL once before.

Hence, precedent.

You were founded by Unibot for fuck sake. One of your lts leaked classified documents from one of your then military partners. Your current leader leaks from private government areas to people. The idea that the current UDL leadership is qualified to judge whether someone is honourable is ludicrous.

I'm not sure what your point is. Every organization ever has flaws, and is not perfect. If we held everything to the standards you suggest, we could never judge anyone, because we all are dishonorable at times.

Cormac is clearly closely associated with the Osiris raids, and the UDL can't stand by and let someone who supports destruction of regions keep their badge of honor, especially when it goes against the UDL core mission.

Oh no.... are you part of the UDL?

Nope.

Precedent would be JAL leaving and coming back. I'm not aware of defender-turned-raiders who have returned to the UDL.

I am pretty sure I am not, but that all depends on technicalities. Suffice to say I am tangiently acquainted by means of being part of government in a region friendly towards the UDL, so it's a rather large stretch. Personally I respect Mahaj. I am unfamiliar with most of the rest.

Yes there is precedent of raiders turning defender and coming to the UDL.

But its still not really relevant: Neither Georgie nor Cormac are going to be members of the UDL again.

I was asking about defenders turned raiders turned defenders (triple agent). Anyway I agree we are off topic.

It's a good thing they have no intention to then.

Based on the recent trend of spending money on NS, this could actually be interpreted literally, and that's pretty sad.

Drive, by Daniel Pink, does a terrific job of describing why I would never pay anybody to defend.

They haven't shown any intention to apply to UDL. So, the last page of this thread is made of arguably unnecessary hypotheticals.

I was once an ardent UDL member and supporter. In the backrooms of the conclave, I helped propel comrade Mahaj to CotB by publicly questioning Cormac's loyalty and undermining his campaign. :)

They actually had a couple of decent candidates in Solm and Ravania, but were too caught up in the politics of the day to push either of them through.
